An artist run gallery in the Oxo building,teambuilding for corporate clients, meditation and individual readings and guidance too.

10 years ago I made the commuitment to do the work I love, after reading Nick Williams book - Do the work you love. I also did the Artist Way by Julia Cameron with a close friend and we faced up to lots of stuff we loved doing and lots of compromises that seemed small when we made them. Bit by bit we made small changes and now are out the other end of the tunnel. We changed.

Sounds easy when I write it like this in fact it was a journey filled with realisation, fear and personal challenges.However, as I have walked this path new friendships and ideas have emerged.
As an artist and creative professional and I also do talks that focus on healing and meditation, team building workshops and talks that focus on creativity.
I have talks coming up in the Oxo Building this summer for the Cultural Olympiad. Will post these as they are confirmed they will be fun and informal.
